1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or purchasing from tru-verse.com ("the Site"), operated by TruVerse, a brand of Lorek LLC ("TruVerse," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Eligibility
   You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on this Site.
3. Products and Availability
   All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing and description errors at any time without prior notice. Colors and materials may vary slightly from images shown due to display settings and the nature of production.
4. Orders and Payment
   By placing an order, you represent that the payment information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error.
5. Shipping
   Orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and Exchanges
   Prelude Collection: Items purchased as part of the Prelude / One World Collection are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
   Ready Position and future collections: Items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Return shipping is provided at no cost to you. Full details are available at checkout and through our returns portal.
7. Intellectual Property
   All content on this Site, including but not limited to designs, logos, graphics, text, and images, is the property of TruVerse or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
8. Prohibited Use
   You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruVerse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold TruVerse harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
